By purchasing or using any Mosyl Audio software product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, and are subject to Paddle's own terms and conditions in addition to these.

Our software is licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the software on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We take your privacy seriously. This policy describes what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver and support your purchase:

• Your email address, used to create your account, deliver your license, and provide support.
• License activation data, used to validate that your copy of the software is genuine.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store payment details. All payment processing is handled by Paddle, who act as the Merchant of Record. We never see your card number or billing address.

Third Parties

We use Paddle to process payments and manage checkout. We use a third-party hosting provider for server infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party.
